This two-day private training program is tailored for professionals in sport fishing, commercial shipping, and yachting crews who want to foster a proactive safety mindset for both people and property onboard. Beyond piracy concerns, this course addresses a broad spectrum of security challenges, such as break-ins and trespassing at home and abroad. It emphasizes teamwork and preparedness, teaching crews to stay vigilant and develop a comprehensive emergency action plan.
Day one is spent in the classroom covering capabilities, area studies, equipment management, threat vulnerability assessments, and practical exercises. Day two focuses on interactive, hands-on scenarios that strengthen crew coordination and reinforce effective response strategies.
Students complete the course with real-life, scenario-driven team events that leave them more confident and prepared, equipped with a variety of contingency plans.
